Technology - we are going to switch to a different platform (internal communication & data) Engagement measurement is difficult - as you want to do it as a whole company level but our company is international with offices in LA, Tokyo, San Fran and Japan - challenge to find the right way to measure that covers the cultural differences and the whole point is to increase the employee communication within each office and across offices and the physical distance that also makes it difficult. Initiatives as when you measure the end result you want to know what exactly are the initiative that you have to even find the follow up process and learn from the gathered data - what helps and what doesn't to drive engagement apart from team buildings, different trainings and people coming from other offices but we need to bridge the psychical gap.
